Gaia Flash Framework AS3 Beta 2

The beta 2 release of the Gaia Flash Framework is now available for download.  It contains various bug fixes, optimizations, improved error handling, and some new features to boot.  It also includes Thunderbolt debugging and a new SEO helper.

This is nearly the final AS3 release.  The AS2 refactoring is the primary thing remaining before a full 1.2 release. Thanks to everyone beta testing the AS3 release!
