Gaia 3.0.4 released

Gaia 3.0.4 is here and adds a time-saving feature to the panel for external asset byte updating. It also introduces handling of SecurityErrorEvents, fixes a bug with invalid deeplinks, and upgrades TweenMax to version 10 with its awesome new plugin architecture (10.09 is included in this build).
